I haven't tried askjeeves. I stopped using google because of their spying involvement. Duck duck go guarantees they don't keep any personal information. We'll see...

theyve figured out how to filter everything which they call a filter bubble.

I wonder if they were the same results I would get on google? If I knew how to do a screen shot we could compare. That would be interesting.

I use Duck duck go. I don't know about bing. And I don't know if duck duck go is any better either. I'll have to try a comparison with the searches and see what results I get and how different they are.

And what sort of comment is this from zimmermans lawyer???
Although counsel was advised to leave race out of the discussion during trial, during the post-trial press conference, Zimmerman's defense attorney, Mark O'Mara, remarked that if his client were black, "he never would've been charged with a crime."

Resistance....good post
Zimmerman certainly seems to be being painted as some sort of innocent that had no part in this and we should ignore HIS history while taking a microscope to TM's. Condemn TM for drugs...but not zim...condem TM for violence but not zim. Zim wasn't convicted...well, neither was TM. So why bring TMs history up? Was that evidence thrown out of court too?
I think this is a very sad case for all involved. And I hope that zimmerman retires his weapon.

Everything you look at and search for on the internet has been recorded and tailored specifically for you. They’ve figured out how to filter everything which they call a “filter bubble”. We don’t get to decide what we do and don’t get to see anymore. They block out what they don’t want us to see and we never get to see what’s been blocked. I can’t do nearly as good of a job explaining it so please check out this video below and get a better understanding of what’s going on.
Meanwhile every person gets different results searching for information in the web. All web results are finally personalized by Google. There is no unique information; each information is made for each user. The world is now one where internet shows us things we want to see but not what we need to see. And this is a huge problem. Personalized filters construct a so-called "filter bubble" - a unique universe of information, depending on what you do and who you are. We are all part of the broadcast society, where internet does the outsourcing for us. The problem is, the algorithms do not decide on a individual level and ask what is relevant, important, uncomfortable, and challenging. Are we back in 1915 in the web, where others decide what is good for us? Ask yourself.

The first one involving a 'police officer' was tossed out entirely and nothing put on his record by order of the judge then. The 2nd was determined to be a case of he said/she said and tit for tat and again - no charges - no convicions - no criminal record.
So no charges were laid...does that mean it didn't happen?
I'm getting to the point where I don't know what to believe any more. If it didn't happen. Why was it even mentioned?
Sorry sammies...I seem to be having this conversation on two threads now. I'll try to keep it here.
It would appear no charges were laid on TM too...so does that mean we can dismiss all those claims too?

So what was posted on the other thread about his partner is incorrect? He wasn't violent towards her?
